Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NajemAlert browser extension ("NajemAlert", "Extension", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using NajemAlert, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Extension.

1. The Service

NajemAlert is a browser extension that helps users find and analyze rental listings on OLX.pl more efficiently. The Extension provides additional filters and tools for rental listings, including price and rent filtering, availability date filtering, advertiser type filtering, listing age information, duplicate listing detection, automatic scanning, and notifications. Some features are available only in the Pro version.

2. Free and Pro

NajemAlert may offer both free and paid features. Pro is provided as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. A Pro purchase gives the purchaser a personal, non-transferable right to use the Pro features. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your Pro access with others. We may modify or update the features of NajemAlert from time to time.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Pro are processed through the payment provider presented during checkout. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before completing a purchase. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

4. OLX.pl

NajemAlert is an independent third-party product.

NajemAlert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with OLX.pl or OLX Group.

NajemAlert relies on information and services provided by OLX.pl. Changes to OLX.pl, its website, APIs, or technical systems may affect the functionality or availability of the Extension.

5. Listing Information

NajemAlert does not guarantee that rental listing information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Features such as listing age, duplicate detection, price calculations, or availability information may occasionally produce inaccurate results. Users should independently verify important information before contacting an advertiser or entering into a rental agreement.

6. Automatic Scanning and Notifications

Automatic scanning and notifications depend on the Extension, Chrome, your device, your internet connection, and the availability of OLX.pl. We do not guarantee that every matching listing will be detected or that every notification will be delivered. NajemAlert does not guarantee that you will obtain a particular rental property or contact an advertiser before other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NajemAlert only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• circumvent licensing or technical restrictions;
• redistribute or resell Pro access;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Extension;
• reverse engineer the Extension except where permitted by applicable law;
• use the Extension to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of NajemAlert is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information the Extension processes and how it is handled.

9. Intellectual Property

NajemAlert and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Except for the rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights to the Extension or its intellectual property are transferred to you.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

NajemAlert is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Extension will always be available, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Chrome or OLX.pl. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate listings, missed notifications, unavailable listings, or changes to third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and Termination

You may stop using NajemAlert at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or particular features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate Pro access in cases of fraud, unauthorized sharing, license circumvention, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
