NajemAlert scans OLX.pl on a schedule, strips out reposts and agency spam, and pings you the moment a flat that actually matches your criteria appears — so you're first to message, not the fiftieth.
Everything you can't do sitting on OLX itself.
Set a price limit with or without czynsz to compare listings by their real monthly cost.
Filter flats by when they are actually available — even when the information only appears in the listing description.
Show only listings from private owners, only from agencies, or both at the same time.
Hide listings that require najem okazjonalny with one click.
How long a flat has really been on the market, even when the ad has been bumped to look fresh.
Checks OLX in the background every 15 minutes to 7 days — you set the cadence. New flats find you.
A Windows/macOS notification the instant a match appears. Click it to jump straight to the listing.
Spots the same flat relisted under a new ad via a content fingerprint — "reposted ×3" so you skip the recycled bait.
Adds up rent + czynsz + kaucja + prowizja into the real first-month figure, pulled from the description.
Track several searches at once — different cities, budgets, room counts — each in its own grouped list.
Smart filtering is free forever. Pro is a one-time purchase for automation and scale.
